Recommended viewing instructions:

1. Save the file to your hard drive. When you click the link, if a pop up window asks you to Save or Open, click Save. If the pdf opens in your browser when you click the link, click the Save icon at the upper left corner of your Adobe toolbar (it looks like a floppy disk).
2. Once saved, open the file in Acrobat® Reader®. (For example, in Windows®, navigate to the file in Windows® Explorer® and double click the file.)
3. Select Full Screen from the View menu of Acrobat® Reader®. This displays each page, sized to fit whole on your screen without scrolling, on a black background. The Page Up and Page Down keys may be used to turn pages.
